yeap, all true, but I would add - do not go to extremes when working out or finding new hobby such as walking or swimming. If you do it, it can ADD to your anxiety. I am often very anxious BEFORE the workout, because I try to "prove myself", always wake up on time early. We should take it easy, the road is the key, not the final detination. Cheers.

Yes, and persistence. Persisting every day, even if it's just a little bit, really adds up to something big over time
