I hope you're all doing well and that you had a great week! I wanted to update you all on my latest fitness endeavor: I'm going to be testing out a new workout program with the help of ChatGPT. (https://chat.openai.com/chat)
The program is designed to help me grow my glutes, even out my right and left arm strength, and train my abs. It'll be around 60-70 minutes per session, and I'll be following this program for the next three months. I'm really excited to see how it goes and to share my progress with you all.
Here is the workout routine for the first month of the program:
Day 1 - Legs and Glutes
Barbell Squats - 3 sets of 10-12 reps
Romanian Deadlifts - 3 sets of 10-12 reps
Bulgarian Split Squat - 3 sets of 12-15 reps per leg
Leg Press - 3 sets of 10-12 reps
Glute Bridges - 3 sets of 12-15 reps
Day 2 - Back and Biceps
Barbell Rows - 3 sets of 10-12 reps
Lat Pulldowns - 3 sets of 10-12 reps
Dumbbell Bicep Curls - 3 sets of 12-15 reps
Hammer Curls - 3 sets of 12-15 reps
Cable Rows - 3 sets of 12-15 reps
Day 3 - Chest and Triceps
Barbell Bench Press - 3 sets of 10-12 reps
Incline Dumbbell Press - 3 sets of 10-12 reps
Cable Flys - 3 sets of 12-15 reps
Tricep Pushdowns - 3 sets of 12-15 reps
Overhead Tricep Extensions - 3 sets of 12-15 reps
In addition to improving my physical health, I'm hoping that this program will also have positive effects on my mental health. I've always found that exercising helps me feel less stressed and more energized, and I'm looking forward to experiencing those benefits again.
At the end of the three months, I'm planning to make a video about my experience and share it with you all. And who knows, if it goes well, maybe I'll start a fitness channel and fitness Instagram in the future!
